Education & Training\:

Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years experience and current registration with the provincial regulating body.

Experience\:

At least three years of nursing experience; experience in working in a supervisory capacity; demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of human resources; experience in business development preferred. 

Needed Skills, Abilities and Requirements\:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations objectively and consistently;Ability to work independently and effectively lead a high performing team;Demonstrated team-building skills;Excellent report writing, reporting and communication skills;Evidence of negative TB statusClear criminal background screening, including vulnerable sector searchSolid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to clients as well as program development, implementation and evaluation.Proven computer technology skills e.g. Microsoft applications, and ability to use virtual meeting forums.
