ProMedica Bay Park Hospital caters to communities east of the Maumee River. Our campus includes a state-of-the-art community hospital with 91 private beds and a professional office building dedicated to doctors' offices and outpatient rehabilitation, as well as a treatment and diagnostic center. Position Summary:

Coordinates the overall activities of patient care areas and hospital departments on the assigned shift. Provides resource assistance and guidance to nursing personal regarding patient care, established policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborates with beds & access and staffing/scheduling for resource allocation ensuring that each assigned area has the resources necessary to maintain a safe patient care environment. The supervisor contacts the administrator on call for direction with critical problems or concerns.
