This RN role is a dynamic opportunity to support a rapidly expanding pediatric team, including the addition of new providers and regional practice sites. You will partner closely with pediatric providers in clinic, preparing patients for visits, assisting with procedures, delivering education to families, and ensuring seamless clinical flow. In collaboration with the nursing team, you will also manage inbasket responsibilities such as MyChart messages, prior authorizations, prescription refills, and scheduling inquiries-helping to create an efficient, patient-centered experience. Flexibility to support providers at the main campus and regional locations ensures comprehensive, high-quality care across our growing network.

**A caregiver in this position works Mon-Fri| 7:00am-5:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm| 4-10s| no weekends or holidays.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
+ Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage, and establish care plans.
+ Administer medication and treatments.
+ Initiate CPR and other emergency measures.
+ Notify the physician and/or Licensed Independent Provider (LIP) of abnormal findings.
+ Assist with specialized diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures, and specialized patient care equipment.
+ Develop, evaluate, adapt and document health education and provide it to patients and families.
+ Cover other nursing roles within the department.
+ Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures, as needed.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
+ Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
+ One year of recent experience as an RN OR LPN, Medical Assistant and/or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience if applicant is a current Cleveland Clinic caregiver in an ambulatory setting transferring into an RN role but remaining in the same current ambulatory Cleveland Clinic setting OR a current Cleveland Clinic caregiver in a clinical role within the same specialty area transferring into an ambulatory area
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
+ Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range.
+ May requires some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids.
+ Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects.
+ Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible.
**Personal Protective Equipment:**
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
**Pay Range**
Minimum hourly: $31.50
Maximum hourly: $49.90
