Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Incumbent demonstrates competency in patient care for neonate, pediatric, adult, geriatric and thanatology patients.

Job Requirements

Required

1 year home health nursing experience in the past 5 years. Exception: Will consider an applicant with 1 year acute care Med/Surg, Tele, ICU Nursing experience in the last 5 years only when adequate staffing allows.
