RN | Transitional Care / Intermediate Swing Bed | Shelby
Job Description Summary
RN | Intermediate Swing Bed
Shelby, Montana

As an Intermediate Swing Bed RN, you provide consistent, relationship-based care in a calm, supportive setting. This role offers a steady pace of nursing and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients over time.

You care for patients who no longer need acute inpatient care or active rehab services but still benefit from daily nursing support. Many patients stay long enough for you to really know them, their routines, and their goals. The focus is on comfort, stability, and continuity of care.
