We are seeking a full-time, 36-hour RN to join our Urgent Care team located at 104 Endicott Street in Danvers. The schedule will consist of typically working a 4-day workweek, including a combination of 9-hour and 12-hour shifts. Additionally, every other weekend is required (both Saturday and Sunday 8:00-5:00).
Our Urgent Care Center serves as a convenient and affordable urgent care option for those living and working in the North Shore area. Our qualified, friendly health care providers treat adults and children. From coughs and colds to cuts and broken bones, our providers offer great care for a range of illnesses and injuries in this clean, modern center. We know urgent medical situations often happen unexpectedly, so our clinic is open seven days a week. Our weekday operating hours are 8:00am-8:00pm and weekends from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Most visits last less than an hour, so our patients can get back to what matters.

SummaryAccountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
Essential Functions
-Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
-Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
-Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
-Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
-Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
-Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of MA required
Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.

We strongly prefer 5+ years of prior nursing experience, but we are open to considering a variety of nursing backgrounds! Additional preferences are prior experience within an Urgent Care or ED and an education level of a Bachelor's degree.
