Key Responsibilities
Support to Drive Trade-Terms Agenda of Heineken Vietnam
Structure the data & information and deliver the analysis & evaluation about effectiveness and efficiency of Trade – term
Identify & Make recommendations on initiatives to maximize Trade - term investment performance to drive Net Revenue & Profit margin acceleration
Coordinate with Sales/TMKT team to ensure execute Trade – term strategy at Regional Level
Work with Finance and Supporting Function to align budget allocation, framework based on the strategy
Maintain transparency on market/competition’s investment evolution
Support to establish, maintain & improve related processes & tools, automated dashboards/reporting to ensure the trade term performance tracking and monitoring
Drive continuous improvement of RM Performance Management & processes within the OpCoQualifications and Experience
University degree in Economics/Business Management/Finance
More than 5 - 7 years in RM, Commercial (Trade/CMI/Brand/Sales), Finance Biz Partner preferably in FMCG or Nielsen/Consultant Firms
Intellectual curiosity: analytical and curious to understand the data, the context behind the data and striving to connect the dots and formulate a picture
Good storytelling skills
Change management, resilience in VUCA/TUNA environment, and collaboration across functions.
Ability to communicate effectively with, engage and influence stakeholders of all levels (peers, leaders and subordinates)
Commercial acumen: deep understanding of commercial drivers in FMCG industry
Proficient in oral and written English
