Minimum requirements:
Grade 12/Matric Certificate (mandatory) Test and evaluate returned IT and networking equipment for defects Accurately capture and update test results on SAP and relevant web portals Perform basic troubleshooting and firmware updates where necessary Ensure all RMA processes and procedures are followed effectively Assist in identifying and reporting recurring product issues Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Management teams as required Communicate professionally with clients regarding service calls CompTIA N+ (negotiable) Relevant Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, Electronics, or related fields (preferred)
