Job Description A large electrical distribution equipment manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking an energetic and solutions-focused RMA Coordinator to join their team in Ashburn, VA. This person will be responsible for processing and tracking service-related RMAs through ERP, dealing with defective product returns and replacements, and working with the inventory and warehouse team to coordinate materials and parts for manufacturing. You will also be responsible for sourcing replacement parts from inventory, vendors, and production facilities. This role will require strong communication, extensive problem solving, and time management skills to be successful. The salary established for this role is $80,000-85,000 annually, depending on experience.
