Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo, and striving to be best-in-class. **Job Responsibilities** + Review current Supervisory policies, procedures, and governance across USPB and JPMWM for consistency. + Review existing Supervisory monitoring tools (e.g., alerts, dashboards, etc.) to ensure appropriate risks are being identified, escalated, and remediated appropriately. + Assist in the production of metrics/reporting to be presented to senior leadership and appropriate governance forums (e.g., Risk Committees). + Effectively collaborate with cross-LOB control partners (e.g., compliance, controls management) to ensure oversight is not duplicative of existing reviews. + Provide support to Team Lead on adhoc Risk Assessments. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Bachelor's degree + Minimum 3 years of professional experience related to financial services, supervision, risk management, compliance and/or control management. + Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk management practices. + Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines + Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships + Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly + High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure + Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Experience with supervision processes.
