Risk Specialist, Selling Partner Services, Spectrum
Description The Amazon Selling Partner Services team is looking for a Risk Specialist to enable Sellers and Vendors to discover third-party and first-party offered services to automate, manage and expand their business globally, and improve Amazon controllership over the Developer, Provider and Seller space. Amazon must protect Seller business data in accordance with internal policies, which involves working with internal teams who own these datasets to tag and classify all data tables across different sources. This role will ensure we provide the safest and most reliable platform to protect our customers and their data. As a Risk Investigator, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to requests involving account analysis, analyzing data tables, and deriving best practices. You will make recommendations on how data tables should be tagged, while also identifying and surfacing gaps so we can continue to improve the efficiency of our team. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities · Manage external Developer and Provider risk vetting and onboarding to the Selling Partner Appstore and Selling Partner Network. · Monitor Developer and Provider performance and take appropriate actions as necessary. · Action new and existing Developer and Provider cases with the end goal of resolution. · Manage communication to providers for policy or performance initiatives. Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of work in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations or project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in an industry role - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Experience in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations or project management - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of industry experience Preferred Qualifications - Experience in SQL data manipulation - Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques - Experience working in risk/fraud analysis or in compliance organizations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
