We are currently seeking to expand our Advisory practice. This new role call for a motivated and skilled Risk & Regulation Senior Associate.

Your Mission 

As a Senior Associate within our Risk & Regulation team, you will support managers in delivering client engagements and act as a key link between Associates and management. You will take on greater responsibility for project delivery, provide guidance to junior team members, and help ensure quality and consistency in our work. Your role will focus on both hands-on execution and coaching, developing your leadership skills while working under the direction of a Manager. Primary responsibilities include: 

Assisting managers with planning, executing, and completing engagements, ensuring work is conducted in line with established methodologies 

Taking ownership of sections of audit projects and consulting assignments, performing technical work and supporting the team 

Conducting procedures such as interviews, reviewing and analysing evidence, documenting processes, and supervising the work of Associates 

Drafting deliverables including reports, presentations, and training materials, and reviewing work prepared by Associates 

Providing technical support and practical advice to Associates, helping them build their skills and understanding 

Engaging with stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and training, representing the team with professionalism 

Facilitating collaboration and communication across service lines in support of managers and client needs 

Keeping informed on relevant business and economic issues and sharing useful insights with both managers and the team 

The requirements for this role include: 

Possession of a relevant University Degree 

Progress toward ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent, with ongoing professional development 

2–4 years’ experience in risk-related services (such as internal audit), with demonstrated responsibility on projects 

A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sound problem-solving abilities 

Enthusiasm for learning and flexibility to adapt to new business processes and industries 

Commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement, with an interest in mentoring others 

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to coach Associates and present information clearly
