As a manager in our team, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering high‑impact risk transformation projects. You will guide project teams, shape solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Working alongside specialists from Technology Consulting, Cyber Consulting, … as well as EY offices across the Asia‑Pacific region, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to help clients strengthen their governance and navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape.

In this role, you will also drive the integration of cutting‑edge technologies—including data analytics, automation, IoT and other emerging tools—into our client solutions. You will coach and develop junior team members, contribute to practice growth, and help build innovative service offerings that set EY apart in the market.

Your key responsibilities:

We’re looking for Manager to join our team – Risk Consulting Team. In your role, you’ll:

Lead projects risk consulting services, formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions for clients. Be responsible for the final deliverables for clients Maintain client relationships and pursue potential opportunities Manage a working team and will report directly to senior managers and above. Conduct internal training sessions to improve capabilities for team members Conduct counselling session on professional development to assigned team members Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence. Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn Work constructively with team

 To qualify for the role, you must have:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines. At least one relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.). Minimum 6 years of experience in business process improvement, risk management, internal control, internal audit, accounting & finance, legal & regulatory compliance, or risk technologies. Provent track records and knowledge on Business Administration, Value chain, Business processes, Risk management, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Accounting and Finance, Legal and regulations Excellent communication skills, with full fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken). Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
