Responsibilities

Administers the Risk Management Program on a day-to-day basis. Interfaces with legal counsel. Manages and analyzes risk management data. Conducts risk management educational programs, complies with Florida State Statutes, Federal Regulations and Joint Commission's Standards with the objective of improving patient care and minimizing loss to protect the assets of the facility. Participates in formulating policy and organizational changes, with the advice and approval from Administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Clinical experience or five years of Risk Management experience required.Florida RN license required.


Expected to participate in "on-call" status. Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) certificate required within two years of date of hire.
