Are  you someone that can:

Conduct Culture Risk AssessmentsConduct regular surveys, focus groups, and interviews to assess the current organizational culture and identify misalignments with desired values.Identify high-risk culture indicators such as poor tone at the top, excessive pressure, lack of communication, or dismissiveness of red flags.Develop and Implement PoliciesAssist in developing and implementing cultural governance frameworks, policies, and codes of conduct aligned with FNB’s core values.Ensure integration of ethical behavior and culture risk considerations into enterprise risk management.Monitor and ReportDevelop key risk indicators (KRIs) for culture and ethics and report findings to senior management and the Risk Committee.Monitor emerging culture-related risks and provide mitigation strategies.Facilitate Training & EngagementDrive initiatives that promote ethical behavior, responsible risk-taking, and a speak-up culture.Train leadership and teams on the impact of culture risk and how to uphold FNB Namibia’s ethical standards.Collaborate with StakeholdersWork with HR, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Corporate Affairs to embed a strong risk-aware culture.Facilitate “tone at the top” programs and culture improvement campaigns.

You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below requirements:

Minimum qualification: Relevant degree in Psychology, Human Behaviour, and or related fields of study.5 - 8 years in a Risk environment of which 1-2 years ideally at a middle management level.Financial services sector experience will be an added advantage
