•Lead the Risk Management service and advise project and program management. •Identify, understand, and mitigate risks on a very large, multi-discipline transit project. •Take a broad and comprehensive look at risk related to technical elements, design progress, third-party cooperation, utility and agency agreements, construction costs, bid risks, and other challenges the project could encounter. •Implement best practice risk management frameworks. •Collaborate with program controls, design technical personnel and commercial functions for integrated risk management. •Generate insightful reports from risk management data. •Ensure governance and informed decision-making. •Foster a risk management culture through mentoring and training •Proven experience in risk management within PMO, Program Controls, or Major Projects in the construction industry •Knowledge of best practice qualitative risk management industry standards and current recognized risk management techniques •Experience in ensuring risk is considered across projects and programs, supporting the interface between commercial and risk functions •Experience in a busy environment with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills •Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
