We are seeking a Technical Risk Manager to support Amazon's rapidly growing businesses. This role ensures Chinese sellers comply with all product safety and regulatory requirements in their destination country stores.
As Technical Risk Manager, you will collaborate with multiple Amazon teams including CN Global Selling, Haul Fulfillment Center Operations, WW Destination Product Safety and Compliance, Legal, and Technology. You will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to assess high-risk products and evaluate test results. This role ensures all products in Amazon stores meet company policies and embeds safety and compliance throughout end-to-end processes through program management. You will be responsible for understanding both Amazon policies and legal requirements applicable to products offered for sale.
Key job responsibilities
・Partner with WW & International TSE teams to develop regulatory compliance solutions for sellers across all Amazon stores.
・Provide technical expertise in compliance solution development and review. Create implementation protocols and guidance aligned with global policies.
・Design, implement, and maintain Product Safety processes for highly regulated new products.
・Address Product Safety issues identified through customer complaints, reviews, and internal actions. Analyze safety incidents and testing data to establish quality benchmarks and metrics that reflect market needs.
・Optimize and monitor third-party Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) processes to enhance selling partner experience. Effectively coordinate cross-functional resources to support Amazon's business growth.

The Trustworthy Shopping Experience Asia Global Selling (TSE AGS) team strives to ensure the long-term success of AGS Sellers on Amazon by facilitating global business scaling. Our mission includes safeguarding customer satisfaction by verifying the authenticity and quality of products on the platform. We prioritize upstream product compliance and safety, informing sellers about relevant laws and regulations during onboarding. Additionally, we work to enhance customer experience by addressing safety, quality, and order defects. Collaborating with business and partner teams, we develop CN-first solutions applicable globally. We also engage with regulators, law enforcement, and consumer forums to communicate Amazon's commitment to a superior experience for both sellers and customers.
