As a Regulatory Strategy Senior Officer in the Firmwide Regulatory Strategy team, you will be at the forefront of managing the firm's interactions with global regulators. You will support exam managers in regulatory engagements, ensuring compliance and effective communication with U.S. supervisory agencies. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse business units and functions, providing valuable insights and contributing to the firm's success.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate examinations and ongoing monitoring by regulators across various business units and functions.Provide timely updates to management on regulatory matters, escalating and resolving potential issues.Develop effective relationships within Compliance and with key stakeholders across the organization.Collaborate with businesses and functions to gather information and documentation for regulatory requests.Analyze and summarize information for regulatory submissions, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Package regulatory submissions and perform redaction of Confidential Supervisory Information as needed.Provide periodic examination status updates and contribute to internal reporting and tracking.Ensure data quality for inputs into the team's central repository for reliable reporting.Support the coordination of regulatory engagements through the entire exam lifecycle.Maintain tracking related to examinations and regulatory findings.Contribute to the development of best practices in regulatory strategy and compliance.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
