As a part of the Risk Execution and Strategy team, you will be part of a User Acceptance Testing team that supports an ongoing execution and implementation of business critical strategic initiatives. This role will partner with technology groups, business partners, project analysts/managers, and external vendor resources to plan and execute the testing. Able to lead a team of testing professionals directly or in a matrix environment in the test planning and execution of multiple initiatives within time and cost constraints. Individuals will be responsible and accountable for managing all aspects of the business testing function. Define strategies and approaches for User Acceptance. The function is considered complex in nature with significant business impact.

Job Responsibilities

Support testing and implementation of business critical strategies.Fully understanding the intent of a business requirementFormulate testing approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involvedExecute business scenarios in UAT environmentPartner and collaborate with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing statusManage testing activities as well as setting and stewarding sound testing methodologiesParticipate in the development of goals and execution of strategies within a function or departmentProvide execution support and leadership for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business and functional areasAssess and revise test sequence and scope based upon test results and/or changes in product designProvide complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult issues, expanding the solution to include infrastructure, architecture, and multi-tier tools and business system strategiesProvide automation support and leadership for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business and functional areas once implemented 

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience4 plus years of experience in manual testing along with formulating test plans and approach, test scenarios and test scriptsExperience in JIRA process, understanding of the process flow and creation of the taskExperience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest tool ,knowledge in Unix operating systemExperience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologiesProcess-oriented, organized, with strong analytical & troubleshooting skillsStrong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnershipsIntellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly. High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
