What You’ll Do:
As a Risk Management Associate, you will:
Support and collaborate with the VP of Risk Management to implement risk reduction strategies across multiple facilities.Handle and report Workers’ Compensation, Professional/General Liability, and Auto insurance claims, working directly with insurance carriers and facility staff.Analyze incident data and claim trends, preparing high-impact reports that guide leadership decisions.Coordinate and ensure compliance with OSHA Recordkeeping, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.Maintain claim databases with precision and provide critical support for insurance renewals, audits, and compliance processes.Partner with facilities to ensure consistent practices in incident reporting, employee injury management, and return-to-work programs.What We Offer:

Responsibilities
Risk Management Associate:
Responsible for review, analysis and reporting of Workers’ Compensation, Professional/General Liability, Auto and other insurance line claimsAnalyze trends and data to identify risk patterns and recommend mitigation strategies
Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to reduce incidents and associated costs
Provide education and strongly advocatesfor the return to work program
Manage return-to-work programs
Provide support to locations on OSHA Recordkeeping
Manage Surety Bond renewal processProvide guidance to locations regarding applicable policies, procedures, and relevant laws/regulations.
Ensure adherence to federal and state compliance requirements, particularly those related to healthcare information privacy practices
Maintain Incident and Claim databases and files
Manage COI requests and distribution, maintaining internal database
Manage Vehicle Inventory
QualificationsRisk Management Associate:
