Join us. **Job Description** AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity available in our midtown Manhattan Headquarters for a Risk Analyst to support our Construction Management Team. The Risk Management Analyst provides technical, administrative and operational support to the Risk Management Department. The Risk Management Analyst provides technical, administrative and operational support to the Risk Management Department and a hands-on understanding of the company’s Insurance Programs, Claims Management, and Certificate of Insurance Management processes. Must have proven ability to work in a highly demanding environment, excellent time management and organizational skills. Responsibilities may shift to provide greater or lesser support in other Risk Management functions as needed. + Service of all aspects of the insurance placement process utilizing the company’s agency management system + Prepares, maintains, and distributes a variety of standard and ad-hoc risk management reports as requested + Maintain up-to-date and accurate policy data in the company’s agency management system + Process insurance policy endorsements and maintain organized records of policy changes + Maintain complete and accurate project insurance files, ensuring documents are properly categorized and accessible + Process insurance related invoices and interface with internal and external accounting departments as needed + Track invoice payment status, follow up as necessary, and handle notices of cancellation + Handle all incoming and outgoing certificate of insurance requests, and ensure timely and accurate issuance of certificates to meet project and contract requirements + Handle all incoming and outgoing surety requests (prequalification letters and bonds), and ensure timely and accurate issuance of documents to meet project and contract requirements + Ensure receipt of all insurance policies and endorsements from brokers and/or project owners + Create renewal submission applications through agency management system + Other duties assigned **About Construction Management - AECOM Tishman** Since 1898, AECOM Tishman has managed some of the largest and most complex mixed-use and mega development projects in the U.S., in total building more than 600 million square feet. From luxury residential buildings to complex mixed-use mega-developments, historic renovations, top-rated hospitals, and the world’s most revered tall buildings – the AECOM Tishman legacy is one that is even stronger today, constructing buildings that define city skylines and local neighborhoods. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BA/BS Finance/Business Administration or similar curriculum and 4 years of relevant risk management within the construction/real estate industry or AA/AS and 6 years of relevant experience or HS/GED and 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Direct experience in commercial risk management such as asset management, real estate or general contracting. + Experience with compliance in licensing and coordinating with various city agencies for violation resolution. + Knowledge of CCIP claims and financial integrity + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Good problem solving and time management skills + Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Detail oriented; strong analytic skills + Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously + Ability to work independently + Enthusiasm and willingness to learn + Excellent organizational skills. **Additional Information** + This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future. + Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. + This position is located in NYC and hybrid work may be available for local candidates. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
