Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Risk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks across various projects and operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our organization's activities. + Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze potential hazards in industrial and construction environments + Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses and enhance safety + Perform on-site inspections and audits to evaluate compliance with safety standards and regulations + Create detailed technical reports and present findings to management and stakeholders + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution + Utilize risk assessment software and data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns in risk data + Stay up-to-date with industry standards, local and international safety codes, and best practices in risk engineering + Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve safety management systems and processes + Participate in project management activities related to risk control and loss prevention + Contribute to the development and delivery of risk management training programs for employees **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) + Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk engineering or a related field + Proven expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety management systems + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights + Proficiency in risk assessment software and data analysis tools + Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills + Experience in industrial or construction risk assessment + Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and risk transfer mechanisms + Familiarity with local and international safety codes and standards + Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously + Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) preferred + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams + Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks + Willingness to travel for on-site inspections and audits as required **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
