Risk Coordinator

Description

Reporting to the Specialist, Risk & Insurance, the Coordinator, Risk & Insurance will be responsible for expertly administering global risk, insurance, and surety programs. This role provides administrative and coordination support to global internal stakeholders on all matters relating to risk management and insurance coverage, and collaborates with external stakeholders, such as the global insurance broker business partners.

Risk & Insurance

•\tCoordinate various information requests relating to risk, insurance, and surety across the organization.

•\tMaintain accurate insurance records, policies, endorsements, and compliance documentation.

•\tTrack and process invoices, ensuring timely and precise payments.

•\tReview insurance policies for accuracy and compliance.

•\tCoordinate with brokers and sites to provide evidence of insurance and regular updates on loss control activities.

•\tManage claims data entry and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and comprehensive reporting to support informed decision-making.

•\tCoordinate and manage schedules, documentation, and logistics for audits, appraisals, and site visits to ensure smooth execution and compliance.

•\tSupport budget preparation for insurance programs.

•\tCollaborate with Legal on contract reviews and document execution.

•\tHelp drive Enterprise Risk Management processes and documentation.

Other Support Duties & General Coordination

•\tManage meeting schedules, invitations, and communications to keep teams aligned and projects moving.

•\tCreate polished presentations, branded materials, and reports that make an impact.

•\tConduct research on industry best practices and benchmarking to keep us ahead of the curve.

•\tAssist in drafting governance documents, policies, standards, and procedures that shape our risk framework.

•\tSupport special projects, including due diligence requests and high-profile initiatives.

•\tSupport process efficiencies and support training sessions and workshops to ensure engagement.

•\tPrepare meeting materials, memos, and disclosure documents that communicate complex information clearly.

•\tAny other projects/duties as required by the role or at the request of the Specialist, Risk & Insurance.
