Join our dynamic team as a Risk Based Inspection Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and safety of assets in the Oil and Gas industry. Role Overview

Prepare Corrosion Loop Reports to assess and document corrosion risks.Collect information from various Project documents (Equipment List, Mechanical Data sheet, Line list, etc.) to prepare RBI system upload data files.Liaise with Process, HSE, and Operation & Maintenance teams to identify deterioration mechanisms and establish inspection policies, plans, and actions.Prepare studies in accordance with the selected RBI software.Develop comprehensive inspection plans to ensure asset integrity.Produce quality deliverables with accurate data and logical assumptions.Report weekly activities to the RBI Lead on the assigned Project.

Skills & Qualifications

Inspection: Proficient in conducting inspections and assessments.Corrosion Knowledge: Strong understanding of corrosion mechanisms and materials.RBI Software Familiarity: Experience with RBI software, preferably Meridium.API Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with API 580/581 standards related to RBI methodology.Documentation Skills: Ability to work with EPC project documentation (PDS, MDS, GAD, P&IDs, Line Lists, Piping isometrics).Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Education & Experience

MSc Degree in Process Engineering, Materials/Metallurgy/Corrosion Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Based Inspection methodology.
