Description
ICF is seeking an individual who will provide program improvement and technical support onsite at the Department of Energy (DOE). Work will include supporting and integrating data analytic efforts, as well as integrating analytics into white papers and briefings. Additional tasks on enhancing energy preparedness exercises are also involved. The ideal candidate will already be familiar with critical infrastructure and cybersecurity risk and preparedness programs, will have experience with DOE or DHS processes and procedures, and will hold an active high-level security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting analytic efforts involving various SMEs for specific assignments
Tracking these efforts and helping obtain appropriate inputs where needed
Preparing briefings and reports and integrating data analytics
Working closely with government clients to anticipate needs
Working effectively with other parts of the organization and the ICF team to accomplish tasks
Helping to reestablish exercise and training programs and implement these enhancements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years across the areas of risk, infrastructure security, exercises, and data analytics
Active clearance
Additional Qualifications:
Strong project management experience and skills
Infrastructure security knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong research skills
Consulting experience on government contracts
Ability to effectively manage several assignments simultaneously; organizes tasks and effectively prioritizes work
Demonstrated experience working on teams to achieve shared goals
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Skills/Experience:
PMP certification
Active high-level clearance
Experience with DOE or DHS processes and procedures related to critical infrastructure and cybersecurity

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$118,216.00 - $200,967.00DC Client Office (DC88)
