Job Description Summary

The Risk and Assurance Manager is responsible for identifying and monitoring operational risks, executing assurance programs, and evaluating internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role holder will collaborate with stakeholders to address issues, support training initiatives, and contribute to continuous process improvement and reporting.

About the role:

Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.Execute assurance programs, conduct testing, and evaluate internal controls for effectiveness.Detect non-conformities, provide actionable recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders for timely remediation.Prepare clear, relevant reports and feedback for internal stakeholders.Contribute to training, process enhancements, and manage ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Risk, Business Administration, or related field, with 3–5 years of experience in operational risk, assurance, or internal controls.Strong grasp of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.Proven ability to work independently, manage projects, and engage effectively with stakeholders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with a detail-oriented and improvement-driven mindset.High integrity, team-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English.
