In the Role

Processing of select Borrower’s assistance approvals with adherence to policyRespond to telephone inquiries regarding decisions rendered (in bound/out bound calls)Keeping up to date on company policies and procedures to ensure complianceIdentify and escalate significant issues to managementAbility to handle special projects as designated by managementReviewing submissions for select borrower’s assistance program approvals and processing, such as Deferments, Loan Modifications, and Re-Ages. Respond to telephone inquiries regarding decisions rendered. Understand company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience1-3 years’ experience of analysisStrong oral and written communicationUnderstand company policies and procedures. Ability to perform in a high volume work environment.Excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail.the ability to prioritize work to meet set deadlines.Ability to work in partnership with others and in a team environment.Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
