The Risk Analyst will support the team by analyzing project data, developing and maintaining risk registers, and identifying trends that inform strategic decision-making. This is a dynamic role with significant opportunity for professional development and impact. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the development and maintenance of project risk registers and databases. + Perform data mining and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks across project portfolios. + Generate reports and dashboards to support project risk assessments and executive decision-making. + Track and analyze project volumes and performance metrics. + Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate risk documentation and mitigation planning. + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to risk management processes and tools. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Skills:** + Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile). + Experience with database development and management. + Knowledge of utility industry regulations and standards. **Not quite right for you?
