Right Shoring Lead

The Right-Shoring Lead is responsible for developing and implementing right-shoring strategies to optimise business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves managing offshore resourcing plans to ensure that the company's strategic objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
This role will require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and will involve preparation for and contribution to Right-Shoring forums.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute right-shoring strategies and plans that align with the company's business goals and objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for right-shoring strategies and targets Assess and mitigate risks associated with right-shoring activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Prepare and present regular reports on right-shoring activities, performance metrics, and key achievements Monitor and evaluate the performance of right-shoring initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes. Work with internal stakeholders on business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through right-shoring. Manage & track offshore recruitment plans that align with overall right-shoring targets Manage & track OGB right-shoring financial targets Manage and track the performance of offshore resources, ensuring they meet quality standards with agreed timelinesThe Requirements
Strong understanding of right-shoring principles and strategiesProven experience in managing complex right-shoring projectsAbility to manage and coordinate cross-functional teamsHighly proficient in data analysis and performance trackingConfident, motivated self-starter, able to work effectively without close supervision with team members across different locationsCollaborative leadership style, self-aware with the ability to adapt style as necessaryDetail-oriented and able to cross-check and ensure accuracy of detailed documentsAbility to communicate with all levels of seniority effectivelyHighly professional individual with a strong sense of integrityDemonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills relevant to a business change delivery roleCritical thinking to facilitate more in-depth discussionsAbility to thrive and drive delivery in a busy, demanding and changing environmentWTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
