Right-of-Way Inspector

Summary: Seeking a Right-of-Way Inspector to oversee utility-related projects and ensure compliance with city standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Design/Construction Management preferred

Two years of experience with public/private utilities and right-of-way regulations

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to operate standard office equipment

Valid Colorado driver's license required

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Understanding of ROW regulations and construction material control

Responsibilities:

Coordinate utility pre-construction, construction, and maintenance projects within public rights-of-way

Inspect right-of-way work to ensure compliance with city standards

Update project status in CMMS and schedule pre-construction meetings

Respond to utility emergencies affecting public rights-of-way

Monitor work sites for adherence to safety practices according to MUTCD, OSHA, and Jacobs' Safety Policy

Pay: 19-25

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
