Job Description A large utilities client is seeking a ROW Acquisition Specialist to join their Land & Field Services team in Downtown Houston. This team acquires land for electric and gas assets. The current team is made up of one supervisor and six agents. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects. Daily responsibilities include drafting easement documents, potential interaction with landowners, and light permitting work. This individual must work in the office 5 days per week.
