Enjoy a career where you can feel safe, be rewarded, and proud of the work you do. **As a Rigger, you will** : + Perform a variety of mechanical duties involving deck machinery, engine room work, electronic equipment, staging work, testing, steel/pipe work, general dock, rudders, shafting, wheel work, and anchor chain work + Operate equipment for assembly and installation + Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery + Build/inspect scaffolding and staging + Work with Cranes, Winches and Cargo Booms + Work a variety of shifts (1 st shift 7:15 am to 4:00 pm, 2 nd shift 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, 3 rd shift 11:45 pm 7:45 am shifts may vary depending on site and workload) **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + High School Diploma or GED + Able to wear appropriate protective gear + Able to physically perform essential job duties with or without accommodations + Able to work at heights, in confined spaces and have the ability to climb staircases and ladders of varying sizes + Able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions + Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form + Able to calculate and understand units of measure, including fractions and decimals + Know how to measure using a scale and tape measure + Ability to read a micrometer and dial indicator + One or more of the following certifications may be required consistent with business needs: + Forklift certification + Dynalift certification + Payloader lift certification + Extender boon forklift license and certification + 5 years related experience for 1 st Class or Specialist, 5 years related experience for 2 nd Class, 4 years related experience for 3 rd Class. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + 8 years related experience for 1 st Class or Specialist, 5 years related experience for 2 nd Class, 5 years related experience for 3 rd Class **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $59800 - $91645 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
