Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must assist Guests in the loading and unloading of the ride and check various restraining devices
• Operate the ride’s control panel where applicable
• Must observe the ride while it is in motion for the safety of the guests
• Inform Guests of the safety policies for the ride
• Observe and follow all Six Flags St. Louis Safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Maintain Six Flags’ Guest First Standards
• Responsible for completing other duties as deemed necessary by management

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Age: 16Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be able to work weekends, nights and holidaysMust be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with othersAbility to lift a minimum weight of 40-50 lbs and push a minimum weight of 30 lbsGood oral communication skills
