Overview About Northern Europe Beverages Northern Europe Franchise Beverages is an ~ $1Bn System Net Revenue business covering 13 markets including BeNeLux, Nordic markets, Iceland, Baltic markets and Switzerland, as well as the Gatorade brand in Germany. We work in partnership with our 4 Franchise Partners in the region - Carlsberg, Royal Unibrew, Drinks & More and Olgerdin. Across these markets our position ranges from high market share mature markets, to markets and categories where our position is nascent. Role Accountabilities: Revenue Growth Management plays a critical role in the next phase of our growth helping us reach our full potential across consumer occasions and maximising joint value creation with our customers and bottling partners. The RGM lead will need to develop and drive execution of strategies spanning across a range of markets with differing market positions for our brands/portfolio, different levels of category maturity and differing RGM capability – as such the role requires depth and breadth of experience. The RGM Lead contributes to the maximization of revenue and profit margin by co-leading the development and supporting the execution of revenue growth management plans in partnership with our bottlers. The role requires both analytical expertise (RGM frameworks and analytics), deep practical experience, as well as very strong communication and change management skills. Internally, the role will be working closely within the Northern Europe team (comprising the Franchise leads as well as Marketing, Finance and other relevant functions) as well as with the Europe and International Beverages RGM functions. Externally, the role will collaborate closely with our anchor bottlers. Responsibilities Scope includes: Leading the development of Northern Europe Franchise Beverages Revenue Growth Management plans as part of 3-year and annual planning Partner with bottlers to deliver RGM agenda Partnering with the bottler to deliver aligned roadmap of RGM projects Quarterly business review with senior management Annual planning, 3Y planning Regularly track and review RGM performance and propose course corrections to maximize revenue realization. Together with the Bottler, define the strategy for Pack Price Architecture, Promotions, Mix, Trade Terms; partner with the Bottler to ensure successful execution of the strategy Liaise with PepsiCo International Beverages and Europe Franchise RGM to leverage and share best practices and toolkits. Build RGM capability cross-functionally across the team to drive impact. Qualifications Skills required Deep experience in Revenue Growth management. Analytical expertise in Revenue Growth Management frameworks and analytics alongside the organisational awareness/understanding and communication skills to ensure the solutions get deployed.
