Overview The RGM & Pricing Assoc Manager – Beverages will lead the insights and analytical processes to understand the consumer, leverage the strength of the PepsiCo Beverage portfolio and the breadth of our execution capabilities to drive long term planning, overall pricing strategy and pack architecture to deliver sustainable and consistent net revenue realization. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, effective relationship building, sense of ownership & accountability, and strong analytical acumen. Connect frameworks, brand strategies, and business needs to identify & deliver pricing and growth opportunities. Design AOP strategy across all RGM levers (Pack, Pricing, Promo, CDA, Mix). Work with cross-functional teams to ensure plan is executed by customer & brand teams. Manage Net Revenue Council process, optimizing PBC’s trade investments and maximizing PBC’s return on customer investments through post-game analysis Develop reports, tools & dashboards to analyze pricing trends, category/competitive dynamics, retail margins, elasticity & performance across channels / customers. Serve as project manager and commercialization lead for RGM & pricing projects. Manage cross functional communication and overcome risks to ensure projects get delivered on time. Leverage Global NRM COE & US Revenue Management to build digital capability and tools Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or similar preferred. MBA and/or CA is a good addition. 4-5 years experience in Finance, Revenue Management, Category Management, Insights or Sales Strategy. Experience with Customer POS data (Nielsen or other customer specific platforms) is a plus Strong proven Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau or similar tools required Strong project and time management skills; able to manage multiple major projects simultaneously; establishing & attaining high standards for self & team. Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience transforming data into insights, evaluating potential solutions and making strategy recommendations.
