Key Responsibilities

Lead or support business and system analysis across front, middle, and back-office processes.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements through inception, design, development, and testing phases.

Document business processes, functional specifications, and system requirements.

Define integration interfaces and contribute to API and file-based integration design and testing.

Participate in agile delivery, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover/dress rehearsal planning.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery quality.

Support testing activities, combining both business analysis and test analysis responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate

Strong background as a Business Analyst within insurance sector projects.

Hands-on experience with RGI and Guidewire platforms.

Skilled in test analysis within insurance environments.

Fluent German speaker - essential.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
