Their team is seeking a project-minded candidate to join our internal finance and client support team. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone looking to pursue a long-term career in asset management. Responsibilities include: • RFP Process Management: o Write, edit, and craft accurate and relevant responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI). o Gather and analyze relevant data and answers from different financial software. o Assist with data and other requests from internal and external stakeholders. o Create and update factsheets, presentations, and commentaries o Support our Sales team with ad-hoc marketing materials, product positioning materials and reporting • Client Reporting & Analytics o Maintain and update external performance reporting databases and client databases o Analyze the necessary data and respond to data requests from clients or their advisors o Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, investment, trading, and compliance teams on ad-hoc projects. Successful attributes for this role include strong writing, analytical, project management, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as an understanding of financial concepts and the ability to interpret documents. You will collaborate on a frequent basis with investment, sales, and compliance colleagues. Requirements Qualifications: • Degree majors in Finance, Business, Economics or similar fields • At least 2 years of relevant work experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment, demonstrating solid judgment, planning, collaborating, and organization skills • Experience with FactSet, Morningstar, or other investment software • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Demonstrates knowledge of how Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) can be applied to investment writing.
