Be part of a team that makes a real difference. Job Description We are looking for a forward-thinking professional to join our Strategy & Planning team as an RFP Content Analyst & Proposal Manager. This hybrid role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of proposal strategy, content optimization, and emerging technologies. This person will play a critical role in evolving our RFP process by leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline and elevate our responses during critical RFP events. Key Responsibilities Lead projects that support the sales organization to produce high quality sales documents per customer requirements Educate customers on standard practices and demonstrate knowledge of the organization’s various products and services contracts. Use AI-enabled tools (e.g., RFPIO/Responsive, ChatGPT, Salesforce, etc.) to draft, refine, and personalize RFP responses. Curate and manage the RFP content library, ensuring it remains accurate, up-to-date, and easily searchable. Tag and organize content metadata to improve searchability and AI performance. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract and refine reusable content. Identify content gaps and ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand and business priorities. Adopt and guide internal users on effective AI usage within the RFP platform. Track content usage, response quality, and win rates to identify top-performing materials. Support process automation and workflow optimization using AI and RFP software tools. Partner with Sales Operations and Product Teams to align proposal strategy with overall value props. Qualifications 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree required; or 3 years and a Master's degree. 3+ years of experience in RFP/proposal writing, content strategy, or sales enablement required. Experience with RFP automation tools (e.g., RFPIO/Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian, etc.). Proficiency using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.). Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills. Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-integrated RFP workflows. Comfort with metadata tagging and content governance best practices. Analytical mindset with ability to measure content performance and efficiency. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments.
