Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RF Test Technician to operate and maintain our antenna and RF test facilities. This position involves writing RF test procedures, collecting and analyzing test data, and preparing comprehensive test reports. The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams to effectively implement test strategies.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain existing antenna and RF test facilities.Write RF test procedures and collect and analyze test data.Prepare detailed test reports.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management to implement effective test strategies.Essential Skills
Experience with RF testing and equipment.Proficiency in using a network analyzer.Ability to develop test procedures.Familiarity with military, army, navy, marine, air force standards.Experience with Orbit 959 software and Labview.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of antenna and radome testing methodologies.Strong computer and math skills.Good eye/hand coordination.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks involving climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead for extended periods.Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Stow, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
