**RF Technician / Integrator** 📍 **Location:** Loveland, CO 💵 **Compensation:** $24.00 – $28.75/hour (DOE) **Position Overview** We are seeking a skilled **RF Technician/Integrator** to support the assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting of RF systems used in electronics testing, communications, and aerospace/defense applications. This hands-on role requires interpreting Statements of Work (SOWs), wiring diagrams, and schematics to perform precise electro-mechanical assembly. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong manual dexterity, and a detail-oriented approach to building high-quality systems. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble complex mechanical and electrical systems using engineering drawings, sketches, and work instructions. + Integrate test systems by arranging racks and instruments with precision and accuracy. + Ensure systems meet quality standards, including proper strain relief, bend radius, and clean layout. + Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement approved changes. + Follow controlled work instructions from both physical and electronic sources. + Conduct self-inspections throughout the build process to ensure compliance with quality requirements. + Identify and resolve potential conflicts in assemblies based on engineering feedback. + Perform accurate wiring for various cable types including GPIB, LAN, RF, SIGNAL, and POWER. **Qualifications** + Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and a solid understanding of electronics/electrical systems (gained through work, education, or personal projects such as building computers, drones, or vehicles). + Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve assembly conflicts. + Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with precision. **Additional Requirements** + Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. + Due to ITAR regulations, candidates must qualify as a “U.S. person” (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized under 22 CFR 120.15).
