Job Description

Join our team as a Test Technician and become an integral part of our operations in Lancaster, PA. You will play a vital role in testing, troubleshooting, and building/repairing production and prototype TWT and/or Power Supply equipment.

ResponsibilitiesTest, troubleshoot, and repair production and prototype TWT and Power Supply equipment.Assemble electronic components in accordance with specifications.Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, power supplies, and waveform generators.Analyze data sources to assist in process control improvements.Maintain high standards of work safety and precautionary habits.Essential SkillsProficiency in electronics, with a focus on power supplies and TWT.Experience using test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, and waveform generators.Strong troubleshooting skills in the electronics field.Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the defense industry is advantageous.Familiarity with high voltage electrical apparatus.Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Work Environment

The position is based in our Lancaster facility, working on a 1st shift schedule. You will be part of a team focused on electronic testing and process improvements in a dynamic and safety-conscious environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
