Job Description This RF Engineer role is focused on designing and optimizing wireless network coverage and capacity within a specific geographic area. Daily tasks include:  • Creating search areas for new cell sites based on performance needs and coverage gaps.  • Collaborating with performance teams to identify and resolve issues like dropped calls and ineffective attempts.  • Conducting drive tests to evaluate potential site locations and validate network performance.  • Preparing regulatory submissions (FCC/FAA/FAS) to support site deployment.  • Generating RFDS (Radio Frequency Data Sheets) and cell site translations for system planning.  • Using tools like ATOLL, FUZE, and NPP for RF design and modeling.  • Selecting antennas based on site-specific requirements for coverage and capacity. Skills and Requirements • 5-7 years of RF Engineering experience  • Knowledge of ATOLL, FUZE, NPP, ability to create RFDS, and general design knowledge, as well as antenna selection techniques for capacity and coverage site design  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering • 3-5 years of design and optimization experience in Ericsson market  • Familiarity with Tableau Dashboard for report generation  • Knowledge of Excel Macros  • Programming experience
