Rewards Specialist

 

Position

 

As the Rewards Specialist, you will:

assist in implementation of compensation and benefits structure for factory employees, coordinate projects and reports in the area of People & Culture, prepare and control the inputs that affect the calculation of salary for factory employees, executes administration roles in SAP HR system.

 

Requirements

 

College degree or bachelor degree in social sciences or humanities (VI or VII SSS) Min. 2 years in similar position Proficient analytical and excellent communication skills Advanced Excel knowledge Language skills: Fluent English (Hungarian as a plus)
