Reporting to:         Manager of Reward

 

Job Summary

As a member of the European Reward team, the Reward Analyst supports the development, implementation, and administration of Compensation and Benefits policies and programs across Europe. 

Key Responsibilities

Conducts market reviews and benchmarking analysis by collecting relevant data from multiple sourcesPerforms detailed data analysis, modelling, and evaluation exercise and prepares accurate reports to support compensation related decision makingSupports the development of Salary Structures and Ranges and maintains the Country Job MatricesSupports the annual compensation programs, systems and processes across Europe, including, but not limited to, pay reviews, long- and short-term incentive plans and stock option administrationMonitors and supports compliance with the European Pay Transparency Directive, keeping up to date with country specific reporting requirements and assisting in the development of transparency-related compensation processesSupports with the salary and benefits survey process, including representation at the regional surveys meetings and job matching sessions; submission and verification of the data, and results analysis using appropriate tools and softwareConducts job evaluations using tools such as the Towers Watson Global Grading SystemSupports ad hoc projects and other Reward initiativesSupports the European benefits programmesDevelops effective working relationship with HRBPs, the HR community, the business managers, global comp team, third party providers and competitive C&B contacts.Acts as a point of contact for Reward related queries, ensuring timely and accurate support to internal stakeholders.

Key Skills, Behaviours, Knowledge & Experience

Degree Level or equivalent experienceProven experience in compensation and benefits requiredAnother European language an advantageHigh level of numeracy and statisticsKnowledge of job evaluation.Strong analytical skillsOrganised, accurate and with very strong focus on attention to detailAbility to use initiative, generating innovative ideas and providing effective solutionsAble to respond quickly and effectively to customer needsAbility to work under pressure to tight deadlinesHR Information Systems experience desirableAdvanced Excel skills essentialAbility to handle highly confidential data without prejudiceFlexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business and work circumstances.As proud as we are of our past success, it’s our future that excites us most.
