🔍 What You’ll DoTransform point cloud survey data into accurate 2D drawings and 3D Revit models.Document essential building systems—electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing.Prepare and meticulously quality-check Revit deliverables.Collaborate with project teams to uphold BIM standards and workflows.Create clear, organized reports and digital documentation.Ensure every detail is accurate, precise, and professional.Support additional production tasks as needed.💡 What You BringStrong proficiency in Revit and construction document production.Hands-on experience with commercial construction projects.Solid drafting, design, and architectural skills.🎓 Preferred QualificationsDegree in Architecture or a related field.2+ years of Revit experience in an architectural firm (1 year minimum).Proven experience working on commercial projects.🌎 Work Environment

This is a contract role starting in September through year-end, with potential for extension. You’ll be part of our Reality Capture & BIM team, which works primarily remote due to site survey needs. Initial onboarding will be in-office, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

You’ll contribute to exciting remodeling projects across diverse sectors—restaurants, grocery, fuel and convenience stores, retail, and government—bringing existing buildings to life with modern updates.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
