Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Technician to support project managers and engineers in the preparation of construction documents. This role requires close collaboration with team members to create 3D models and 2D details using Revit. Additionally, you will assist in the development and maintenance of typical details and company drafting standards.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project managers and engineers to prepare construction documents.Create detailed 3D models and 2D details using Revit.Assist in developing and maintaining typical details and company drafting standards.Work on multiple projects simultaneously.Visit job sites, providing flexibility beyond office work.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit with at least 5 years of experience.Strong designing skills.Experience in structural or architectural projects.Associates degree in architecture or construction.Additional Skills & QualificationsBIM Modeling is a plus.Capable, accurate, and proficient modeler and detailer.Experience in structural or architecture fields is preferred.Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment with a team of three others, including two members with 3 years of experience and one with 20 years. The role offers the opportunity to visit job sites, ensuring a dynamic work setting. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
