Job Title: Revit Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Revit Designer to produce plans, sections, elevations, and details that effectively convey architectural design and construction information. You will be responsible for compiling drawings for the Architect’s approval, production, and distribution while identifying and communicating design discrepancies and making appropriate modifications consistent with the Architect's design intent. This would be a great opportunity for an architect looking to grow their career, or an experienced architectural designer!

ResponsibilitiesProduce architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details.Compile and distribute drawings for architectural approval.Identify design discrepancies and propose modifications.Interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings.Convert CAD drawings/equipment layouts into Revit and provide updates.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Experience in commercial architecture, BIM, and construction administration.Ability to create, edit, and place equipment families/blocks.3-5 years of firm experience in a similar role.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of building systems and components.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout KY, OH, and WV.Work Environment

Join a team of three designers in an office setting with some travel required for field measurements of existing buildings and to observe projects in construction. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
