Job purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revit Specialist to join the DHL Corporate Real Estate team. This is a 2-year contract role with the possibility of extension. The position can be based either in Vilnius, Lithuania, or Prague, Czech Republic.
This role requires deep Revit expertise and extensive experience delivering complex BIM projects. The primary focus is to leverage this Revit knowledge to create robust templates, IFC export setups, and a DHL reference IFC project, which will serve as the foundation for our global Digitalization Standards.
The ideal candidate is a Revit expert who understands not only model production but also how Revit data supports Facility Management and Lifecycle operations.

Your tasks:
Revit Excellence
Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of DHL Revit templates, including view templates, sheets, title blocks, parameters, property sets, example families, DWG export setups, automated sheet lists and file naming for DWG/PDF exports, print configurations, and IFC export settings. Develop and maintain an example Revit project based on the DHL Revit Template to demonstrate best practices in model organization, data structure, and documentation standards. Ensure all Revit elements and parameters are consistently structured to support Facility Management (FM) integration and Digital Twin requirements throughout the asset lifecycle. Apply advanced Revit expertise to support designing data-rich, efficient, and maintainable models optimized for IFC exchange and long-term digital continuity.IFC Export & Data Integrity
Configure and maintain customized user defined property sets (DHL-specific) for IFC exports to ensure accurate and consistent data mapping from Revit models. Lead and develop the creation of example IFC models and Revit templates to demonstrate correct data structures, naming conventions, and export configurations. Ensure all IFC exports comply with DHL Digital Standards, openBIM principles, and relevant industry standards Validate and audit exported IFC data for completeness, attribute accuracy, and integrity across disciplines and platforms.Property Sets & Parameters
Implement DHL-specific property sets (Psets) for asset management, service life, warranty, and maintenance data. Ensure data completeness and integrity throughout project phases and FM handover.DHL Example IFC Project
Develop a fully detailed example IFC model of a DHL facility, including type drawings, property sets, naming conventions, and expected deliverables. Use the project as the primary benchmark for design expectation management with consultants and contractors.Quality Assurance & Standards Application
Support QA teams by preparing models for automated validation and rule checking. Apply Revit expertise to demonstrate compliance with DHL’s Digitalization Standards and FM data requirements.Collaboration
Work alongside BIM Program Managers and Construction Directors to align Revit outputs with delivery and operational goals. Act as the technical authority for Revit within CRE Digitalization effortsYour profile:
5–7 years of professional experience working with Revit on complex projects (architecture, MEP, or structural) is ideal, but candidates with slightly more or less experience are encouraged to apply. Professional experience working with AutoCAD on complex projects (architecture, MEP, or structural). Proven ability to deliver Revit models to high standards in real-world project environments. Advanced knowledge of Revit template setup, parameters, data structures, and model management. Strong understanding of how Revit data supports Facility Management (FM) and Digital Twin workflows. Expertise in IFC exports and open BIM data exchange. Track record in developing reference projects, type drawings, and model-based standards. Experience with BIM quality assurance tools (Revizto, Solibri, BIMCollabTrimble, Dalux) is a plus. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is desirable. Fluent English; German is a plus. Willingness to travel for this role, up to approximately 25% of the time. Master’s Degree.We offer:
