Airswift is seeking applicants of BIM modelers to fill a contract Design position. This position will be contracted to one of our clients in the Houston Galleria area.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience with the software, Revit (a BIM modeler, used to create 3D models and drawings for construction, engineering, and architecture projects).  3-5 years + of commercial / industrial construction  Person will act as the Revit SME on the team Experience with Tilt Wall and PEB (pre-engineered buildings) Experience with concrete and Steel  Responsibilities:  Create detailed 3D models and drawing Work with structural engineers to create structural drawings and models Apply engineering and design principles to create model production Prepare detailed design drawings Schedule: 5 days a week in office, 40 hours per week  Work from home every other Friday
