Key Responsibilities:

Build & implement scalable RVP-QC processes across doorstep, hub & central QC stations

Collaborate with tech, operations, and sales for cross-functional rollout

Lead GTM strategy, pricing, and client onboarding

Own P&L, drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction

Requirements:

5–12 yrs in logistics, e-comm ops, or SCM; 5+ yrs in leadership roles

Strong domain knowledge in reverse logistics, QC workflows, and SLA management

Excellent communication, analytical, and program management skills
